Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day business operations across Southeast Asia, including customer order management, system operations, order tracking, and preparation of data reports.
- Serve as the main point of contact for customers, respond promptly to requests, and drive the resolution of operational issues in a timely manner.
- Work closely with warehouse and distribution teams to identify, communicate, and resolve operational challenges, ensuring efficient collaboration between departments.
- Monitor and optimize processes to ensure smooth operations under established policies, with a strong focus on delivering an excellent customer experience.
Qualifications
Proven experience in logistics, supply chain, or customer operations.Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and familiarity with logistics systems such as OMS, WMS, or TMS.Strong communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders.Fluency in English and Mandarin is preferred, as the role involves communication with HQ and regional teams.Seniority level
