Requirements
- Achieve at least Diploma certificate
- 1–2 years of experience in social media, marketing, or content creation
- Good command of English and Mandarin
- Strong in organization, planning, and executing content strategies
- Comfortable using tools like Canva, Meta Business Suite, and basic analytics
- Strong attention to detail, able to work independently
- Passionate about design, branding, and digital storytelling
- Able to commit to weekly check-ins and deadlines.
- Basic photography or video editing skills (CapCut, VN, etc.)
- Interest or experience in the signage, design, or creative industry
- Able to suggest and implement workflow systems for content tracking
Responsibilities
Plan and manage monthly content calendars for Facebook, Instagram, TikTok (and others if needed)Design and schedule posts using Canva or other creative toolsCoordinate with the founder and internal teams to gather project updates and photos / videosWrite captions that align with brand voice and showcase our expertiseMonitor social media performance (reach, engagement, inquiries) and report resultsAssist in creating visual content (Reels, Stories, Before / After, Behind-the-Scenes)Respond to basic DMs and comments professionallyStay updated with social media trends, especially in the signage or design industryBenefits
