Responsibilities
- Responsible in marketing and sales of deposit products such as deposits, cash and trade management solutions and Global Markets products tomercial Banking non-borrowing and borrowing profile customers.
- Work with borrowing team to grow deposits anding up with events to drive deposit growth.
- Build and deepen customer loyalty and satisfaction through word and deed : be a role model, quick to address defects and institute measurements and tracking.
- Ensure maintenance of the highest possible standards of sales practices and investment advice for clients in line with UOB's advisory and sales processes.
- Identify market opportunities for business growth & takes charge to implement sales programs to achieve the desired results.
- Grow the portfolio by way of new client acquisition & relationship deepening through cross-sell of appropriate products.
- Be fully responsible and accountable for all the customer relationships under management by way of KYC and personally getting to know the top clients of the unit.
- Exercise sound business judgement and, at all times, to safeguard the interest of the bank as well as that of the customers.
- To ensure at all times,pliance with the bank's policies and guidelines pertaining to staff behavior, sales, products and marketing.
Job Requirements
A recognised Degree in Finance, Accounting, Banking or Business-Related StudiesMinimum 5-6 years experience in banking sales, business development spaceIndependent, reliable and meticulous in work approachFlexible, as significant extended hours may be required during specific negotiations and transactionsStrong analytical and effective written and verbalmunication skillsmitted, confident, determined, self-motivated and a team playerBe a part of UOB Family
