Minimum 1 years working experience and also fresh graduate can apply.TeamworkTo prepare BQ, tender document, call for quotation, prepare cost comparison for ongoing project including source and negotiate price with sub-contractors.Post-contract administration works including preparation of sub-contract, VO, intern valuations and final account.Pre-contract administration works includes tender evaluation, sourcing of suppliers and sub-contractors, preparation of costing for contract works etc.Taking off quantities for tendering project and prepare tender documentation.To prepare & submit monthly progress claim to clients.Monitoring for materials requisition and ensure materials are accurate within the project budget.Monitor overall project delivery and ensure materials are in accordance to contractual items and conditions.Can travel by alone.Job Type : Full-time
