Job descriptionOwn SEA demand and supply planning, including S&OP / S&OE processes. Build and manage forecasts, dashboards, and KPIs (e.g., FA, SL, DOH). Collaborate with global supply teams, co-manufacturers, and commercial stakeholders. Lead inventory optimization, sourcing strategies, and cost‑saving initiatives. Manage and coach a regional planning team.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Demand and Supply Planning Manager should have :
- Degree in Business, Supply Chain, or related field.
- Strong experience in demand / supply planning, ideally in FMCG or food services supply chains.
- Proficient in SAP, APO / IBP, Excel, and Power BI.
- Skilled in cross‑functional collaboration and stakeholder management.
- Regional leadership role with strategic visibility.
- Work with a globally respected brand in a dynamic, fast‑paced industry.
