Our client is an established manufacturer, specializing in industrial packaging and laminates. They are currently looking for a Marketing Executive to be based in Melaka.
Duties & Responsibilities :
Responsible to visit, build and enhance business relationship with respective customer base.Responsible to close sales and achieve pre-set sales target on assigned customer base.Proactively identifying, developing and generating new business opportunities domestically and internationally.Gather market requirements for current and future products by conducting market research supported by on-going visits to customers and non-customers.Gather customer research, market conditions, competitors data and execute sales and marketing plan changes as needed.Demonstrates technical marketing skills and product knowledge of company core product range, the industrial packaging and the industrial laminates.Assist Sales and Marketing Managers to develop annual marketing plan in conjunction with sales budget.To educate and up-date customers regarding product features, specification and benefits.To travel and participate in company sales and marketing related activities or exhibitions whenever required.Responsible to manage and ensure timely collection from respective customer base.To participate in the organization continuous improvement programs and activities.Job Requirements :
Possess a Bachelor's Degree, Diploma or Professional Degree in Business Studies / Marketing / Administration / Management or equivalent.2 to 3 years of working experience in the related field will be an added advantage.Must be computer literate, knowledge of MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and e-mailing are essential.Proficient in spoken and written BM and English, ability to converse in local Chinese dialects is an added advantageTeam player and able to work with minimum supervision and willing to accept new challenges.Pleasant personality with good interpersonal and negotiation skills.Willing to work extra hours and complete a critical task with a very tight schedule.Possess own transport and willing to travel and work in domestic, regional and international markets.Possess own transport and willing to travel within Malaysia (main) or overseas whenever required.Must be willing to work in Melaka.Interested candidates, please apply online or email your latest resume to
