Delivery Driver & Warehouse Logistics Coordinator

Key Responsibilities 1. Driving and Delivery -Safely transport goods to designated locations within the Klang Valley and occasionally to other regions, as required. -Plan efficient delivery routes to meet schedule timelines. -Ensure goods are delivered in good condition, providing proof of delivery for every trip. -Maintain the cleanliness and roadworthiness of the company vehicle. -Monitor vehicle maintenance schedules and notify management of any issues or servicing needs. 2. Warehouse Management -Manage warehouse operations, including organizing, stocking, and maintaining inventory. -Perform regular inventory checks and update records accurately. -Oversee the receipt and inspection of incoming goods, verifying quantities and condition against purchase orders. 3. Logistics Coordination -Coordinate delivery schedules with the operations and sales teams to ensure timely dispatch. -Maintain proper records of deliveries, inventory movements, and logistics activities. -Assist in planning and optimizing delivery routes and schedules for maximum efficiency. Experience : -At least 1 year of experience in driving and logistics or warehouse management. -Familiarity with warehouse management systems or basic inventory software is an advantage. Licenses : -Possess a valid Malaysian Goods Driving License (GDL) and a clean driving record. Skills : -Good time management and organizational skills. -Basic computer skills. -Ability to lift and move heavy goods safely. Personality : -Responsible, punctual, and detail-oriented. -Strong communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team.
