Job descriptionBachelor's degree in supply chain, logistics, business, or related field. Minimum 6 years' experience in project management or supply chain operations. Strong understanding of end-to-end supply chain processes. Proficient in Power BI and digital workflow tools; ERP / WMS experience preferred. Skilled in stakeholder management, process improvement, and cross-functional collaboration. Certifications in Six Sigma, Kaizen, or Kanban are a plus. Strategic role with regional exposure and transformation ownership. Opportunity to lead sustainability and digitalization initiatives. Responsibilities
- Leading supply chain transformation projects, including logistics optimization and vendor onboarding.
- Driving sustainability and process improvement initiatives across operations.
- Implementing and enhancing digital tools (ERP, WMS) in collaboration with IT and business teams.
- Monitoring performance metrics and supporting audit readiness and compliance.
- Facilitating cross-functional training and stakeholder engagement to ensure smooth execution.
