HR Responsibilities
Handle full spectrum of Human Resource and Administration functions - Payroll matter, Recruitment, Training & Development, employee relations and other HR related matter.
Responsible for general HR fuctions including updating employee database, preparation of employment contract, Memo & etc.
Assist in administration of employee benefits,eg. medical claim,leave management, socso claim & HRDC matter.
Handle employee disciplinary matters, grievances, complaint, resolve dispute, appraisal and staff counselling.
Able to handle tasks assigned and allocated by management from time to time.
Admin Responsibilities
Responsible for all office / admin purchasing, maintenance & efficiency of office equipment and working environment.
Assist in the company motor vehicle maintenance and repair, renewal of insurance and road tax.
Responsible for managing company fixed assets such as laptops,company phones, eletronic devices etc.
Oversee day to day operations of the admin & facilities.
Able to handle tasks assigned and allocated by management from time to time.
