Under its massive expansion programme, we are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Senior Finance Analyst to join our dynamic Group Finance team. In this role, you will play a key part in driving insights through data analysis, performance reporting, and business intelligence. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams—including Operations, Strategy, and Business Leadership—and engage with senior stakeholders such as the CEO, CFO, and other company leaders to be based at Alor Setar, Kedah.

Responsibilities

Provide accounting, financial, and business-related analysis and reporting support for the company’s operations and initiatives.

Analyze financial results and business performance to identify trends, variances, and areas for improvement.

Prepare and deliver executive-level reports, dashboards, and presentations to communicate insights to senior leadership.

Anticipate potential questions and proactively provide supporting analysis to facilitate data-driven decision-making.

Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment between financial insights and operational strategies.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Banking or related field, demonstrating a strong foundation in financial principles.

5+ years of proven experience in financial analysis, business intelligence, or a related field.

Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and translate it into meaningful insights.

Proficiency in financial modeling, Excel, and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).

Excellent communication and presentation skills, especially in preparing reports for senior executives.

A proactive mindset with the ability to work independently and across teams.
