UI / UX Designer

UI Designer

to take charge of the overall visual design and user interface experience across our products — including

Web applications, mobile platforms, and admin systems . The ideal candidate will have strong aesthetic and interaction design skills, capable of transforming complex business logic into clear, efficient, and visually appealing interfaces. You will work closely with

product managers and front-end engineers

to ensure design consistency, usability, and seamless product delivery.

Job Responsibilities

Design and iterate the overall UI and visual style for company products, including web, mobile, and admin platforms.

Create high-quality interface layouts, icons, and component designs based on product requirements and wireframes.

Participate in product requirement discussions and optimize user interaction flows with innovative design ideas.

Develop and maintain a unified

design system , color palette, and component library to ensure brand consistency.

Collaborate with product, front-end, and development teams to ensure accurate design implementation.

Stay up to date with design trends and UX best practices to drive innovation in visual and interaction design.

Track design performance and analyze user feedback to continuously improve the user experience.

Support company branding and marketing design needs, such as campaign pages, banners, and promotional materials.

Job Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in

Art & Design, Visual Communication, Digital Media, or related fields .

Proficient in major design tools :

Figma, Sketch, Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects , etc.

Familiar with

Web / Mobile / Mini Program

design standards and interaction logic.

Strong sense of visual aesthetics, typography, color harmony, and layout design.

Understanding of product workflows and front-end implementation; able to collaborate effectively with developers.

Proven experience delivering complete design projects and high-quality UI / UX solutions independently.

Excellent logical thinking, user empathy, and creative problem-solving abilities.
