IT Technical Support Assistant Manager

Responsibilities

• Assist and report to the Business Operation Manager (IT) in managing the technical support team.
• Assign tasks, set priorities, and ensure that team members have the necessary resources to perform their duties effectively.
• Provide technical assistance and support to end-users, resolving complex issues that cannot be handled by the support team.
• Investigate and analyze recurring technical issues to identify root causes and implement preventive measures.
• Stay updated on the latest technologies, industry trends, and best practices to enhance the quality of technical support services.
• Assist in the administration and maintenance of IT systems, servers, networks, and other infrastructure components.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of support processes, troubleshooting steps, and knowledge base articles.
• Collaborate with external vendors and service providers to ensure timely resolution of technical issues and adherence to service level agreements.
• Develop and deliver training materials and workshops to enhance the technical skills of team members and end-users.
