Overview

As a pioneer member of our newly established Penang Eye Centre, the Optometrist will play a key role in providing comprehensive eye care services and supporting the smooth operation of the clinic.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive eye examinations and visual assessments.
• Conduct refraction tests and prescribe corrective lenses.
• Assist ophthalmologists in pre- and post-operative patient assessments.
• Manage and educate patients on eye health, contact lens care, and vision-related conditions.
• Maintain accurate patient records and ensure proper documentation.
• Calibrate and maintain optometric instruments and equipment.
• Support outreach or promotional activities related to eye health when required.
• Collaborate closely with clinical and administrative teams to ensure efficient daily operations.
