Digital Designer

We are seeking an experienced creative and passionate Digital Designer to join our Growth Creative team at Crypto.com. As a Digital Designer, you will play a crucial role in developing engaging and visually appealing digital creative content across various platforms. The ideal candidate possesses a keen eye for design aesthetics, stays abreast of digital trends, and is adept at translating ideas into compelling visuals. This position requires experience in AI tools and offers the flexibility of remote work, allowing you to collaborate effectively from anywhere.

Responsibilities

• Develop and design visually compelling digital content, including graphics, images, videos, and basic motion assets, that align with brand guidelines and resonate with target audiences
• Develop compelling visuals and content with AI Tools.
• Create simple motion graphics and animations in After Effects to enhance digital creatives across paid media and social channels.
• Collaborate with our Growth team, including Acquisition, Campaign, CRM, Data Analytic teams to create cohesive and effective creatives that support our digital paid performance media channels.
• Stay informed about industry trends, design tools, and emerging technologies to ensure the continuous improvement of digital content quality and innovation.
• Optimize content for various digital platforms, ensuring a seamless and visually appealing user experience.
• Work closely with stakeholders to understand project requirements, providing creative input and ensuring that design solutions meet business objectives.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast pace environment, adhering to deadlines and maintaining a high level of attention to detail.
• Supporting your team in the creation of concepts that aim to meet project performance goals.
