We are looking for Software Implementation Consultants , whom will act as the principal liaison with the customers. We welcome accounting background candidates who have profound knowledge on ERP Solutions and Financial Accounting, have good understanding and communication skillsto venture into the Information and Communication Technology sector . Fresh graduates will be considered and training will be provided.

Responsibilities :

  • Building relationships with customers to become the trusted advisor by having an in-depth knowledge about company's software solutions, customers' industry, and functional business processes.
  • Train and counsel customers on company's solutions and recommended business practices.
  • Work directly with clients to onboard them to company's products from project kick-off to live-run.
  • Be responsible for creating / following project plans, as well as managing, monitoring progress, and guiding all aspects of implementation
  • Set and adhere to project timelines and goals for multiple concurrent implementations
  • Evaluate customers’ current business practices and configure our solution to meet customer’s needs.
  • Ensure each customer is trained to use the product and monitor their progress and system utilization
  • Establish and maintain excellent customer rapport via phone, online meetings, in person and email to build strong successful customer relationships
  • Assist with Support on a regular basis to ensure quick response times to all customers
  • Recreate and report issues to development as they come to your attention inside the product
  • Develop and Improve training documentation and best practices for internal and external use

Required Skills :

  • Proficiency in Accounting and have utilized or have been educated on accounting related software
  • Computer literate
  • Exceptional communication skills both written and verbal to gain deep understanding of customers business workflows and processes
  • Exceptional presentation skills for hosting virtual meetings and onsite visits
  • Strong research and problem-solving skills
  • Job requirements :

  • Min. LCCI / Diploma / Degree in Computer Science / Information Technology, Accounting or equivalent
  • Required language : Fluent English.
  • Prior working experience in the related field is required for this position. However, fresh graduates with excellent academic results are encouraged to apply.
  • Candidates with Property Development Industry knowledge will have an added advantage.
