Job description
Responsibilities
Optimize the company’s compensation and benefits system to attract, retain, and motivate talent.
Compile and submit various compensation-related data, including employee payroll, bonuses, and benefits.
Monitor and report on the annual total compensation and labor costs.
Handle employee onboarding, termination, confirmations, transfers, and updates in the EHR system.
Administer employee EPF, SOCSO, EIS, and PCB contributions and ensure timely registration and compliance with statutory requirements.
Maintain accurate monthly attendance, overtime, and respective allowance records.
Update and manage employee information and maintain HR personnel files.
Plan and execute annual recruitment strategy; expand recruitment channels and build talent pipelines.
Define departmental functions, job structures, and staffing plans.
Coordinate the preparation and updates of job descriptions across departments.
Manage official stamp usage and approval processes.
Handle reception and front desk duties, including maintenance of meeting areas and coordination of visitor management.
Oversee company vehicle usage.
Organize and support daily administrative operations, both internal and external.
Manage and maintain company physical assets in good working condition.
Collect, classify, and archive company documents and electronic files in accordance with company standards.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or above in Business Administration or related fields.
At least 4 years of relevant HR work experience.
Solid understanding of enterprise and HR management practices, including training operations and labor laws.
Excellent coordination, communication, and organizational skills with a strong sense of responsibility.
Competency in course design, training coordination, and event organization.
Proficient in written and verbal communication in both English and Malay.
