Develop and execute strategic sales initiatives and business development plans to drive growth, profitability, and market expansion. Lead, motivate, and oversee the sales team to achieve KPIs, GP, and volume targets. Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships to ensure retention, satisfaction, and service excellence. Identify new business opportunities by analyzing market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback. Manage sales forecasting, reporting, and strategic planning to support sustainable growth. REQUIREMENTS : Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, business, supply chain management or a related field. At least 5 years of working experience as Sales Manager Freight Forwarding or Sales Shipping Line Solid understanding of freight forwarding operations, logistics, and supply chain management. Leadership qualities, including the ability to motivate and inspire a sales team.
