Job description

Define and understand end-to-end (company & Indi) customer journey in driving portfolio growth.

Manages overall IT solution implementation plan (i.e. development, testing) and responsible for the end delivery of change of request (CRs) pertaining to all Retail Banking application software / technology projects associated with to ensure that the software / technology delivers the desired business functionality to the required quality in compliance to the Bank's business rules & operational process as well as statutory & regulatory obligations.

Work closely with respective internal & external stakeholders to create a segment stickiness & value proposition by growing the customer product holding (i.e. end to end process from acquisition till fulfillment stage).

Monitoring deliverables and ensuring timely completion of projects.

Proposing, planning, managing & executing marketing plans & activities according to product strategy to meet Bank goals & objectives.
