As a Growth & Influencer Acquisition Analyst you will contribute to scaling our DACH paid influencer program profitably through extensive activations. You will report directly to the Head of Performance Marketing in Malaysia and support the Senior Influencer Partnerships Manager in Germany. This is a role in KL, Malaysia (Hybrid).

What will you do

• Influencer discovery and management : Proactively scout and handpick high-impact creators through organic channels and smart tools, continuously enriching and sharpening our influencer database.
• Outreach execution : Drive first-touch emails via automated pipelines and execute persuasive, timely follow-ups to convert high-potential creators into active, long-term partners.
• Performance tracking : Ensure flawless, on-time activations of paid influencers, organise first-level performance data, and transform results into clear, actionable insights for internal reporting.
• Market expertise development : Build and hone deep expertise of the influencer landscape in DACH, understanding nuances and performance drivers to fully maximise return on ad spend.
• Test‑and‑learn optimisation : Design and run structured experiments (A / B tests on content, offers, and audience segments) to continuously improve reach, conversion, and ROI of paid influencer spend.
