Job description

Cygnify is partnering with an AI Fintech looking for Senior / Network Engineers to join their growing team in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.

Responsibilities

Design, implement, and manage LAN / WAN infrastructure, firewalls, and VPNs
Monitor and optimize network performance, ensuring uptime and reliability
Troubleshoot network issues and provide timely resolutions
Collaborate with security and IT teams to enforce network policies
Maintain accurate documentation of network architecture and configurations

Qualifications

Degree holder with 5+ years of experience in network engineering or infrastructure roles

Hands‑on experience with Cisco, Fortinet, Juniper, or equivalent network equipment

Strong grasp of routing protocols (e.g., BGP, OSPF) and Layer 2 / 3 troubleshooting

Experience with firewalls, VPNs, VLANs, and enterprise network security

Exposure to banking, financial services, or fintech environments is an advantage

Industry certifications like CCNA, CCNP, NSE are a plus
