Job description

Develop and implement strategic marketing plans that align with the company’s business goals and project launch timelines.

Lead and motivate the marketing team to meet departmental objectives and KPIs.

Manage and monitor the overall marketing budget to ensure cost-effectiveness and adherence to allocated spending.

Provide regular updates to the Head of Department on market trends, consumer behavior, and competitor activities.

Oversee the execution of property market research and ensure actionable insights are derived and applied.

Plan and manage the full cycle of marketing campaigns—from conceptualization and execution to performance tracking and reporting.

Ensure timely delivery of marketing timelines and project milestones.

Review and ensure accuracy, consistency, and brand alignment of all marketing collaterals and communications.

Collaborate with Sales and Sales Admin teams to gather feedback on campaign performance and lead quality.

Coordinate with vendors, creative agencies, and event partners to ensure seamless execution of marketing events and activities.

Report on the ROI of marketing campaigns and provide performance analyses to optimize future initiatives.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Real Estate, or a related field.
Minimum 8 years of experience in property marketing or a related industry.
Strong business acumen with a proven ability to translate data and insights into strategic actions.
Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills, with the ability to inspire teams and drive high-impact marketing efforts.
Agile and adaptable to market shifts, with a strong focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences.
Willingness to travel when required.
