We're hiring a

Client Success Executive

to be the bridge between frontline healthcare and innovation. In this role, you'll apply your clinical background and ICT skills to support hospitals and aged-care centres in adopting our AI-powered monitoring solutions.

You'll be a trusted partner to healthcare teams —

leading training, interpreting reports, and translating insights into real improvements

that make care safer and smarter every day.

What You'll Do

  • Support & Train

: Lead engaging training sessions for nurses and hospital staff (on-site & online).

  • Analyse & Share Insights

    • : Review reports, highlight safety trends, and share practical recommendations.

  • Drive Adoption

    • : Promote best practices to help teams fully benefit from our system.

  • Strengthen Relationships

    • : Build trust, gather feedback, and ensure smooth client journeys.

    What We're Looking For

  • Nursing / clinical background (Diploma, Degree, or equivalent experience).
  • Familiarity with healthcare ICT, EMR, or health informatics is an advantage.
  • Strong communication and data interpretation skills.
  • Proficient in Excel / Google Sheets and Google Slides; organised and proactive.
  • Willing to travel for client visits and on-site support.
