Job descriptionMinimum with a Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Finance or relevant field. Minimum 2 years of working experience in purchasing, procurement or supply chain management in F&B industries. Experienced with inventory control and procurement planning. Strong negotiation and contract management skills. Good communication skill in English & Mandarin (Due to business nature)
Company Background :
We are representing a group of companies specializing in the Food & Beverage industry. As part of their ongoing expansion, they are seeking experienced Senior Procurement Executives to join their growing team based in the heart of Kuala Lumpur.
Job Responsibilities :
- Develop and implement procurement strategies to optimize cost and efficiency.
- Source and evaluate suppliers, ensuring quality, reliability, and competitive pricing.
- Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements to secure favorable terms.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate procurement planning with relevant departments.
- Ensure compliance with procurement policies, industry regulations and ethical sourcing standards.
- Manage vendor relationships, conducting performance evaluations and risk assessments.
- Analyze procurement data to identify cost saving opportunities and efficiency improvements.
- Collaborate with finance and operations teams to align procurements with business objectives.
- Prepare procurements reports to the Finance Manager and CFO.
- Key in stock into the POS system upon receiving goods from suppliers, ensuring accurate inventory tracking.

Monday - Friday, 9 : 00am 6 : 00pm
