SAP Master Data Specialist

Ensuring completeness and consistency of the material master data / BOMs and related data in the ERP systems SAP R3 and S / 4 HANA. Ensuring consistency and alignment between SAP and local systems.

Support of data clean up analysis and execution in SAP.

Project and R&D support for new product set up, in sourcing activities, data migrations activities.

Preparation of data quality reports and KPls.

Apply global governance defined at group level.

Participate in the global meetings as local data steward.

Contribute to develop a culture of quality and data accuracy.

Task / Activities

• Master data management : creation and maintenance of material and Business Partners, in SAP MDG, extend and distribute master data of CDMO PN sales products to the sales organizations as needed, on time and right first time.
• Data clean up, quality and accuracy analysis and reporting.
• Mapping of processes and alignment with Global master data team standard process.
• Maintenance of the documentation and work instructions.
• Training documentation preparation and maintenance.
• Co-responsible for the achievement of the different project.
• Collaboration with R&D for hyper care activities or new projects.
• Collaboration with the different people and responsible of product life cycle management with Product managers (status updates and de-activation at end of life).
• Engineering Change Order update in ERP system and SAP MDG (master data governance system).
• Ability to analyze and assess the received requests for new items, items maintenance, BOM, any technical change request, and reject the low-quality or wrong ones.
