Requirements
- Must be proficient in Mandarin
- Strong interest in retail, strong learning ability, good teamwork spirit and ownership.
- First-line retail experience is preferred, understanding of Xiaomi's new retail is a plus.
- 2+ years of store management experience in the mobile phone industry or consumer electronics industry is preferred.
Responsibilities
1. Store Operations : Collaborate with partner store managers to complete various operational management tasks in the store.2. Sales Management : Develop store sales plans and strategies, and lead the partner team to achieve the company's sales targets.3. Operational Coordination : Maintain good communication and collaboration with the platform and headquarters, and cooperate with the implementation of the company's strategies.4. Product and Display Management : Monitor product turnover, coordinate with partners to replenish stock in a timely manner, and ensure that product displays meet the company's VM standards.5. Customer Service : Responsible for supervising and managing customer service in the store, handling customer complaints, and ensuring that customers receive a satisfactory service experience.6. Team Management : Collaborate with partners to complete the recruitment and training of store employees, ensure sufficient store staffing, and ensure employee work enthusiasm and service quality.Benefits
