Finance Manager

Finance Manager – Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia (hybrid). Type : Permanent, full-time.

Overview

We exist to create positive change for people and the planet. We are seeking an experienced and proactive Finance Manager to join our team in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. You will oversee all accounting, reporting, and control activities to ensure compliance with company and statutory requirements. You’ll play a key role in financial governance, tax compliance, ERP implementation, and continuous process improvement. This role would suit a detail-oriented finance professional with strong analytical skills and a passion for accuracy and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Lead month-end close activities, ensuring accuracy in reconciliations, accruals, and reporting.
• Manage vendor payments, billing, and intercompany transactions with a strong focus on data accuracy and governance.
• Support statutory, tax, and internal audit requirements, ensuring compliance with local regulations and company policies.
• Partner with Procurement and Accounts Payable teams to strengthen vendor management and improve financial processes.
• Contribute to ERP system integration and champion process improvements to enhance control and efficiency.
