We are seeking a dynamic MarTech Business Analyst to act as the bridge between Marketing / eBusiness stakeholders and MSE product teams to elicit, analyze, and translate business needs into clear, value-driven MarTech requirements, ensuring on-time, on-scope, on-budget, and on-value delivery for AOA markets. Drive market adoption, simplify processes, and secure integration and compliance across the MarTech stack (e.g., MA platforms, CDP / consent, WebCMS, AdTech).
A day in the life of a MarTech Business Analyst
Discovery & Requirements : Well-formed business requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria; up-to-date stakeholder maps and RACI. KPIs : % stories accepted first time; % epics with measurable value; stakeholder satisfaction.
Product / Backlog Enablement : Prioritized backlogs aligned to product roadmaps; functional specs and UAT plans; sprint readiness. KPIs : Sprint predictability; backlog health (age, prioritization, refinement cadence).
Delivery & Value Realization : Market pilots and rollouts executed via defined project structures (e.g., DMF), with benefits tracking. KPIs : OTOB / OTOV (on time / on scope / on budget / on value), deployment NPS / CSAT.
Data, Privacy & Compliance Readiness : Early identification of governance gates (e.g., PIA / BIA / CDT, cloud assessments) embedded in plans; evidence in ServiceNow / records. KPIs : % projects passing gates at first submission; zero overdue assessments.
Adoption & Continuous Improvement : Adoption plans with marketing KPIs (e.g., campaign velocity, data quality, tagging coverage); lessons learned and playbooks for re-use across markets. KPIs : Target adoption within agreed timeframe; reuse of templates / playbooks across markets.
