• Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to work with a diverse range of clients -Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy -Good problem-solving and analytical skills -Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel -Preferably 1-2 years of experience in a credit management or collection role, but fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply
