Responsibilities

• Process payroll information and compute pay and benefit entitlements for employees

处理员工薪资，计算工资和其他福利

维护员工考勤、请假和加班记录

及时准备并提交EPF、Socso和PCB

负责招聘与面试，选拔优秀人才。

维护员工档案，及时更新员工个人信息。

处理员工的问题，确保遵守公司政策和法规

准备和整理文件，及时提交给管理层和相关政府部门

协助处理外籍员工的问题，包括工作签证的申请、续签和终止。

处理其他办公室行政事项，确保办公室运作顺畅。

Qualifications

精通中文，基本英语与马来语（口语与书写）

最低学历要求拥有人力资源或相关领域的文凭 / 学位

拥有至少三年人力资源管理或相关工作经验

具有劳动法令或相关政府法令知识

有处理每月薪资的经验

出色的问题解决能力，能够应对突发情况或复杂状况。

积极的态度，责任心强，良好的沟通技巧。

能够在无监督下独立履行职责

能够快速学习新技能和获取知识。

熟练使用Microsoft Office - Word和Excel，用于准备人力资源文件以及时间管理、请假和考勤表格。
