Job descriptionA degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. Proficiency in financial analysis and modeling tools. Strong knowledge of the FMCG industry and its financial practices. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Attention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting. Ability to communicate complex financial concepts effectively. Responsibilities
- Lead the financial planning and analysis processes, including budgeting and forecasting.
- Provide strategic insights and recommendations to support business decisions.
- Analyze financial performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align financial goals with business objectives.
- Prepare and present detailed financial reports to senior management.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies.
- Develop and implement financial models to support business initiatives.
- Monitor and manage key performance indicators (KPIs) to drive performance.
