Job description

RoboThink is a STEM edu-tainment company specialising in robotics and the coding programmes for students aged between 5 to 15 years. We are looking for energetic, dynamic, and friendly person to fulfil the role of a Front Desk and Admin Executive. The person must be able to work on one day of weekends (either Saturdays and / or Sundays) + 4 days weekdays. A brief job description of the role : -Interact with customers in person, on the phone and online, attend to their enquiries and requests. -Identify customer needs and take proactive steps to maintain and improve customer experience. -Handle general administrative tasks and coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for senior executives and staff members. -Prepare reports, presentations, and other documentation for meetings and presentations. -Organize and maintain physical and electronic files, records, and databases, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality. -Oversee office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary. -Serve as the point person for maintenance, mailing, shipping, and purchasing requests. -Liaise with external vendors, suppliers, and clients to ensure smooth business operations. -Provide administrative support to various projects, as assigned. Qualifications : -Proven experience as a receptionist, administrative assistant, or similar role (preferred 1–2 years preferred).  -Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).   Skills and Competencies : -Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (compulsory) and Mandarin (preferred); additional languages are a plus. -Strong organizational and time-management skills. -High level of professionalism and a pleasant, approachable demeanor. -Attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality. -Good interpersonal skills and ability to work well with people at all levels. -Proactive and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
