Internship Marketing

We’re looking for a Marketing Intern to join our team. This role, you will be responsible for : -Campaign Marketing : Assist team in planning and executing omni-channel lead generation campaigns to achieve target goals including leads, pipeline and revenue. Executing in the communications to candidates and clients via marketing automation tool. -Digital Marketing : Running Paid Advertising through Meta (Facebook and Instagram), and LinkedIn to acquire Candidates and Clients. Monitor campaign metrics, provide actionable insights, and adjust strategies to optimise results. -Employer Branding : Embark on a personal journey to explore the uniqueness of Adecco Malaysia and share your experience along the way with potential candidates -providing a glimpse of the organisationthrough your lens. You will be tasked with narrating interesting happenings and the Adecco Malaysia story. (Create and roll-out engaging content and programmes to attract, engage and hire top talents) -Sales enablement : You will work with the marketing teams to coordinate the marketing channel mix (campaigns, events, sponsorships etc.) in support of the business development objectives (lead and opportunity generation). -Social Media Marketing : You will be tasked to create engaging content for our Social Media platform, providing weekly to monthly reporting, understanding the trends, growing engagement within community and further increasing our brand presence in Malaysia. Requirement -Able to commit for 6 Months (with potential to convert to Permanent Employee). -Basic proficiency in Adobe Creative Suites, Canva, and Microsoft Suites. -Strong written and verbal communication skills.  -Proactive and willing to learn in a fast-paced environment.
