About the opportunity
WHAT YOU WILL OWN :
You will be responsible for managing a portfolio of partner accounts, which includes :
- Selling confidently over the phone.
- Managing and increasing revenue for each account.
- Providing operational support as needed.
- Monitoring performance metrics and ensuring compliance with Foodpanda’s standards.
- Achieving daily productivity targets in calls and sales.
- Ensuring accuracy in documentation, partner approvals, and system processing.
- Handling objections effectively, persuading and creating urgency in a fast-paced environment.
- Problem-solving proactively to align solutions with company offerings.
ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE, SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE :
2 to 3 years of experience in client management roles.Comfortable making outbound calls via digital tools for extended periods.Proficient in English; knowledge of Traditional Mandarin is a plus.Data-sensitive with a sales-driven mindset.Experienced with online tools such as Google applications; Salesforce experience is advantageous.Excellent communication skills with a consultative sales approach.Strong relationship-building skills, target-oriented, resilient, and a team player.Quick learner, adaptable to operational changes.Who we are
