Production Engineer / Supervisor / Leader

Overview

This is a full-time Production Engineer / Supervisor / Leader role based in Banting, Selangor at Glovmaster Sdn Bhd, a leading glove manufacturing company. You will play a key supervisory and leadership role, overseeing the day-to-day production operations to ensure quality, efficiency and safety standards are met.

What you'll be doing

• Supervise and coordinate the work of production teams to meet quality, efficiency and safety targets
• Monitor and analyse production data to identify opportunities for process improvements
• Troubleshoot production issues and implement corrective actions to minimise downtime
• Provide technical guidance and training to production staff to enhance their skills
• Collaborate with other departments such as quality, maintenance and logistics to ensure seamless operations
• Ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety and environmental regulations
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of production processes and procedures
