We are hiring a responsible and motivated Assistant Manager at NIKUNO YOICHI, a vibrant and authentic Japanese dining experience.

The Assistant Manager will support the daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring high standards of service, food quality, and team performance.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone passionate about hospitality and eager to grow into a leadership role.

Key Responsibilities :

• Assist the Restaurant Manager in managing daily operations
• Lead by example while supervising and supporting service staff and kitchen staff
• Maintain excellent customer service and handle guest feedback professionally
• Ensure cleanliness, safety, and hygiene standards are upheld
• Manage staff schedules, attendance, performance, and motivation
• Monitor inventory levels and support in ordering supplies when necessary
• Handle cash management, POS systems, and prepare daily sales reports
• Support the training and mentoring of new staff members
• Coordinate with the kitchen team to ensure smooth service flow
• Act as a substitute for the Restaurant Manager during their absence
