Overview

Responsibilities

• Perform and / or review standard analyses such as jacket / substructure launching analysis, jacket / substructure floatation & upending analysis / double block upending analysis, barge / vessel global / local strength check, barge / vessel loadout ballast calculation, barge / vessel mooring analysis, feasibility study of float-over installation, float-over engineering (optional – added advantage), tow tug bollard pull requirement, and all analyses in static and dynamic conditions.
• Prepare and / or review the standard analyses results and reports or technical notes.
• Perform and / or review additional analyses for special cases requirement.
• Participate and go offshore for offshore assignments and liaise with internal and external stakeholders onboard company owned vessel or other third party vessel during offshore assignments.
• Provide offshore support to all stakeholders and assist engineers during offshore ongoing campaigns.
• Attend project and / or tender meetings and participate in detailed design engineering during EPCIC contract execution to ensure T&I input is provided in due course and incorporated during detailed design stage.
• Provide mentoring and internal training to junior engineers.
