About the Company

QL Ansan Poultry Farm Sdn Bhd (QLAPF) is a member of QL Resources Berhad under the Integrated Livestock Farming division. QLAPF is committed to producing fresh and high‑quality eggs for the Malaysian market and expanding its capacity to meet customer needs.

Responsibilities

Identify new sales opportunities and expand the customer base by targeting potential buyers including retailers, hoteliers, supermarkets, grocers, wholesalers, and food distributors.

Develop and maintain long‑term relationships with customers to ensure repeat business.

Execute sales and marketing plans to achieve sales volume, outlet coverage, and collection targets to meet set goals and KPIs.

Prioritize selling high‑value products such as QL Branded Eggs and expand customer base within the designated route / area primarily in the HORECA channel.

Serve as the primary point of contact for all customer inquiries, orders, and concerns related to egg sales, handling complaints professionally and providing timely resolutions.

Work closely with other departments (egg production, logistics, QA / QC) to ensure efficient customer services and resolve complaints.

Maintain contact with customers to foster relationships that increase sales.

Provide feedback to the sales manager on customer needs, market trends, competitor activity, and pricing.

Manage the accounts receivable process, ensuring timely collection of payments for all products and following up with clients on overdue payments.

Minimize credit risk exposure by monitoring and managing account receivables.

Achieve monthly and annual sales targets and provide regular sales reports to the management team.

Perform any other duties as deemed necessary.

Qualifications

Education & Experience :

  • Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Sales & Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of sales and marketing experience, preferably in fast‑moving consumer goods industries.
  • Strong understanding of sales principles, strategies, and best practices.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to influence and convince others.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
