You Will
- Act as a Lead in Malaysia, overseeing the team responsible for chargebacks, disputes, refunds, and other financial operations processes
- Be hands-on in operations, especially in the initial phase — gaining a deep understanding of the end-to-end chargeback process, including submission to the network, documentation, and resolution handling
- Develop, optimize, and update operational processes to drive efficiency and consistency across markets
- Maintain and update operations dashboards and tracking systems to monitor team performance and key operational metrics
- Provide insights and recommendations to senior stakeholders to support decision-making and strategic initiatives
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (Product, CS, Compliance, etc.) to ensure smooth operations and a seamless user experience
Requirements
Have at least 6 years of working experience, preferably in the financial or fintech industryPossess strong operational knowledge of chargeback processes — from case submission to the network through to resolution and closureDemonstrated leadership potential, with the ability to take initiative and guide others toward shared goalsStrong communication and interpersonal skills, able to collaborate effectively across departmentsAnalytical and structured thinker, capable of identifying root causes and proposing practical solutionsHigh level of integrity and professionalism, able to manage confidential and sensitive data with careSelf-motivated, adaptable, and open to learning in a fast-paced, evolving environmentAble to work both independently and as part of a teamDegree / Diploma in Accounting, Finance, or Economics#J-18808-Ljbffr
