Job Responsibilities :

• Perform mechanical assembly of machines, equipment, and system components according to engineering drawings, technical specifications, and work instructions.
• Assemble and fit mechanical parts such as frames, panels, piping, brackets, actuators, and other precision components for automation / control systems.
• Conduct alignment, fitting, and adjustment to ensure assembled parts meet dimensional and functional requirements.
• Record assembly issues and provide timely feedback to engineers and supervisors to support continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with technicians and engineers during machine / system integration and commissioning phases.
• Perform routine inspection, maintenance, and troubleshooting of assembly tools, equipment, and fixtures.
• Ensure efficient use of materials to minimize waste and improve resource utilization.
• Adhere to 6S workplace practices and company safety standards during all assembly activities.
• Support factory acceptance tests (FAT) and site installation works as required.
• Carry out additional tasks or project support as assigned by the department manager.

Job Requirements :

Location : Pasir Gudang, Johor

Salary Range : RM 3,500 - 6,000
