As a Technical Solution Architect within TookiTaki’s Services Organization, you will serve as the technical bridge between solution design, deployment, and service delivery. You will collaborate closely with Service Delivery Leaders, Deployment Engineers, Product, and Cloud Infrastructure teams to ensure that client implementations are scalable, secure, and aligned with business needs.
Your primary mission is to architect client-specific solution blueprints, ensuring seamless deployment, integration, and operational readiness of TookiTaki’s AML and Fraud platforms. You will also play a strategic role in influencing architecture best practices, automation frameworks, and continuous service improvement.
Roles & responsibilities
- Solution Design & Architecture
Translate business requirements from clients and Service Delivery teams into scalable technical architectures on TookiTaki’s FinCense and AFC platforms.
Design end-to-end deployment blueprints incorporating infrastructure, data pipelines, integrations, and security frameworks across AWS / GCP environments.Define technical standards, integration patterns, and governance models for all solution deployments.Review and validate deployment designs and configurations from the engineering and cloud teams.Implementation & Technical LeadershipPartner with Deployment Engineers to oversee the rollout of client environments — from provisioning and configuration to data ingestion and testing.
Provide technical leadership during onboarding and post-production phases, ensuring adherence to SLA, scalability, and security standards.Lead performance optimization, high-availability planning, and incident resolution for live customer environments.Conduct architecture reviews and define improvement roadmaps for existing clients to ensure long-term operational efficiency.Collaboration & Stakeholder ManagementWork closely with Service Delivery, Product, Cloud, and Security teams to ensure architectural alignment with TookiTaki’s evolving platform strategy.
Serve as the technical counterpart to customer Solution and IT teams, providing confidence in TookiTaki’s deployment integrity and scalability.Collaborate with PreSales and Product teams to translate implementation learnings into product roadmap inputs.Enable internal teams through technical documentation, playbooks, and knowledge transfer sessions.Innovation & AutomationChampion automation-first principles in deployment and operations using CI / CD, Terraform, and container orchestration frameworks.
Continuously evaluate new technologies, tools, and architectures to enhance TookiTaki’s delivery efficiency.Define and evolve reference architectures, reusable components, and deployment accelerators.Governance & Continuous ImprovementDrive post-implementation reviews to capture best practices and lessons learned.
Establish technical health metrics across deployments — performance, availability, cost, and compliance.Ensure client implementations meet regulatory, data privacy, and cybersecurity standards.Key criteria to be successful in this role

Education
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical discipline.Master’s in Cloud Infrastructure, Data Engineering, or equivalent preferred.Experience
10–15 years of experience in technical architecture, solution design, or cloud deployment roles within fintech, regtech, or SaaS environments.Proven experience in architecting and deploying solutions on AWS and GCP.Strong background in data integration, API management, and large-scale system deployments.Experience collaborating with Service Delivery or Professional Services teams in customer-facing roles.Technical Skills
Deep understanding of cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP), Kubernetes, Terraform, and CI / CD pipelines.Proficiency in scripting and automation using Python, Go, or Bash.Expertise in containerization, data streaming, and monitoring tools (Grafana, Prometheus, ELK).Familiarity with AML / KYC / CDD / EDD frameworks and financial compliance technology preferred.Strong understanding of networking, data security, and identity management principles.Soft Skills
