Overview

Freelance Developer Consultant (Kotlin) - AI Trainer. This opportunity is a remote freelance role with Mindrift, focused on evolving GenAI models and contributing as an AI Tutor in Coding. Applicants should reside in the specified country and submit a resume in English with their English proficiency level indicated.

Responsibilities

Generate prompts that challenge AI.
Define comprehensive scoring criteria to evaluate the accuracy of the AI's answers.
Correct the model's responses based on domain-specific knowledge.

Requirements

Master’s Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Software Development, Computer Engineering, Information Technology or related fields

Bachelor’s degree accepted if you have 3 years of experience in the field

Advanced English (C1) or higher

Strong knowledge of JVM ecosystem and Java interoperability

Experience with Android SDK, Jetpack Compose, modern architecture (MVVM, Clean Architecture); proficiency with coroutines, flows, async programming

Familiarity with DI frameworks (Dagger / Hilt / Koin)

CI / CD pipelines, Docker, cloud platforms (AWS / Azure / GCP)

Ability to leverage AI-assisted development tools

Your readiness to learn new methods, ability to switch between tasks quickly, and ability to work with challenging, complex guidelines

Remote freelance role – you need a laptop, internet connection, time availability, and enthusiasm
