Role Overview

We are hiring a Senior Executive – Customer Service / Pricing to support our Freight Forwarding division in Malaysia. This role involves handling customer accounts, providing accurate pricing, and ensuring smooth coordination between clients and operations.

Responsibilities

  • Provide pricing and rate quotations for sea, air & land freight.
  • Manage customer inquiries and ensure timely, professional responses.
  • Coordinate with sales, operations, and carriers to deliver solutions.
  • Establish or maintain good rapport with main liners.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3–5 years of local experience in Malaysia within freight forwarding.
  • Strong knowledge of pricing, rate negotiation, and customer service.
  • Good communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
