Job description6 - 10 years of hands-on recruitment experience in IT / digital portfolios. Strong stakeholder management skills – confident, credible, and solution-oriented. Experience using sourcing tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, job portals, and talent databases. Familiarity with HRIS platforms (e.g., Workday) is an advantage. Excellent communication, organization, and time management skills. Adaptable and comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. Willing to be based at Bangsar South, Kuala Lumpur. - Handle contract renewals and lifecycle management for tech contractors.
- Share market insights and provide timely updates to stakeholders.
