This role requires a self-driven recruiter who can manage end-to-end hiring processes, build strong partnerships with stakeholders, and take ownership of contractor management, including contract renewals. Key Responsibilities
- Drive full-cycle recruitment for IT & Digital roles across regional and global markets.
- Build effective sourcing strategies and maintain a proactive talent pipeline.
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers and HR partners to meet hiring targets.
- Handle contract renewals and lifecycle management for tech contractors.
- Share market insights and provide timely updates to stakeholders.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Strong stakeholder management skills – confident, credible, and solution-oriented.Experience using sourcing tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, job portals, and talent databases.Familiarity with HRIS platforms (e.g., Workday) is an advantage.Excellent communication, organization, and time management skills.Adaptable and comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.Willing to be based at Bangsar South, Kuala Lumpur.Seniority level : Mid-Senior level
