Senior Business Analyst

Main Responsibilities

• Understanding business requirements and translating them into functional conception, test description and execution of system tests.
• Develop and document detailed business and functional requirements for IT projects involving Java / Angular applications and COBOL systems.
• Support departments in functional and technical problem analysis in day-to-day operations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (developers, designers, project managers) to deliver solutions that meet business needs.
• Identify and analyze business processes within banking and finance to recommend improvements and optimizations.
• Assist in developing project plans, timelines, and budgets for IT projects.
• Monitor project progress and ensure alignment with business objectives and regulatory requirements in banking and finance.
