Work Location : Cheras Sunway Velocity office tower v2

Salary Range : RM 7,000 – 10,000 / month

Responsibilities

Oversee HR functions, including labor law compliance, compensation & benefits, and HR policy development.
Design, optimize, and implement the company's compensation & benefits framework.
Develop and update the employee handbook and HR policies, ensuring proper implementation.
Ensure HR practices comply with labor laws and regulations.
Support HR planning and employee relations.
Provide HR advice to improve employee satisfaction and organizational effectiveness.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree or above in HR Management or related field.

3–5 years of HR experience, with strong knowledge of compensation & benefits and HR policy management.

Familiar with labor laws and experienced in compliance.

Proficient in both Chinese and English (written & spoken).

Strong communication, logical thinking, and responsibility; able to work independently.
