Salary Range : RM 7,000 – 10,000 / month
Responsibilities
- Oversee HR functions, including labor law compliance, compensation & benefits, and HR policy development.
- Design, optimize, and implement the company's compensation & benefits framework.
- Develop and update the employee handbook and HR policies, ensuring proper implementation.
- Ensure HR practices comply with labor laws and regulations.
- Support HR planning and employee relations.
- Provide HR advice to improve employee satisfaction and organizational effectiveness.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree or above in HR Management or related field.3–5 years of HR experience, with strong knowledge of compensation & benefits and HR policy management.Familiar with labor laws and experienced in compliance.Proficient in both Chinese and English (written & spoken).Strong communication, logical thinking, and responsibility; able to work independently.
