Position Overview
We are looking for a dedicated Human Resources Executive to manage HR operations, payroll, recruitment, and foreign worker administration. The ideal candidate will be organized, detail-oriented, and able to handle multiple HR functions efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and process monthly payroll for in-house and outsourced employees.
- Maintain accurate payroll and employee records.
- Support annual appraisals, compensation reviews, and salary adjustments.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment activities, from job posting to interview arrangements.
- Conduct new employee orientations and exit interviews.
- Handle foreign worker management, including quota applications, permit renewals, and immigration documentation.
- Liaise with government agencies (JTK, KDN, KSM, JIM) to ensure legal compliance.
- Manage FOMEMA processes, housing permit applications, and worker transportation arrangements.
- Coordinate and track employee training programs and HRDF claims.
- Oversee office supply procurement and support company events (festive celebrations, dinners, team-building, etc.).
Requirements
Minimum 2 years of working experience in a related HR role.Knowledge of Malaysian labour laws and foreign worker management.Why Join Us
