Responsibilities
Service Crew
Greet and serve customers with a positive and friendly attitudeTake and process orders accurately and efficientlyEnsure cleanliness of dining area and front-of-house sectionsHandle customer feedback or concerns professionallyAssist in setting up the dining area before opening and cleaning up after closingSupport team members and maintain smooth service during peak hoursServing alcoholsKitchen Cook / Kitchen Helper
Assist in food preparation and cooking according to standard recipesEnsure kitchen cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety at all timesWash, peel, chop, cut, and cook food items as directedManage food stock and report low inventory levelsSupport senior chefs and maintain kitchen efficiency during busy periodsFollow SOPs and work as a team to deliver consistent food qualityBenefits
