About the team
Creator Team will drive the growth of TikTok Shop by working closely with the creators. In this role, you are required to acquire and manage top creators / celebrities within Malaysia.
Responsibilities
Growing and nurturing Tiktok Shop BHPC (Beauty, Healthy and Personal Care) creators via both one-to-one and community-wide management and communication
Developing and maintaining a close business partnership with managed creators pool and ensuring continuous active platform-creator engagement
Develop quarterly and monthly operation plans for BHPC (Beauty, Healthy and Personal Care) creators to increase their content production diligence and increase creators' earning potential on TikTok Shop via but not limited to brand / seller matchmakings and platform industry hot sellers
Educate, incubate and organise activities for BHPC (Beauty, Healthy and Personal Care) creators to improve content quality and understanding of TikTok Shop policies both online and offline
Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to plan and execute creator-centric campaigns to drive creator growth focusing on BHPC (Beauty, Healthy and Personal Care) industry per say
Coordinate with brands and sellers to build partnerships and collaborations with creators to achieve healthy BHPC (Beauty, Healthy and Personal Care) industry affiliate GMV growth
Manage and control creator budget planning to ensure healthy return on investment for platform
Become familiar with the platform in general, internal creator management tools and e-commerce related functions for creators
Ensure smooth delivery and communications between all creators-related stakeholders both internally and externally
Support all creator-related operational tasks when required, including but not limited to online, offline and offsite activations
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
Minimum Bachelor's Degree or above
3 to 5 years of working experience in BHPC (Beauty, Healthy and Personal Care) industry and its relevant subcategories, with a strong understanding of brands, products, demographic and demand to supply and market networking; social media savvy
Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel skills or similar
Good interpersonal skills, strong logical thinking, and strong analytical and data interpretation skills
Experienced with managing key accounts / affiliates / KOLs within the BHPC (Beauty, Healthy and Personal Care) industry
Clear communication skills with proficiency in English and Malay is a must as you will be working with Malay speaking creators
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in dealing with KOLs together with key BHPC (Beauty, Healthy and Personal Care)
Direct experience with the eCommerce industry, specifically Operations (Seller / Affiliate)
