Sales Engineer (Afer-Sales, Kubernetes / Docker)

Responsibilities

• Providing technical guidance, support, and solutions to our customers in the cloud native and container platform.
• Collaborate closely with internal teams to develop and implement solutions to improve offerings and ensure customer satisfaction, aside from post technical support.
• Provide customers with on-site guidance and training for product trials.
• Assume the role of technical bridge between customers and the company.
• Preparation of project proposals, bids, test reports, implementation plans and other technical documents.
• Consolidate requirements from the client and the market to provide more accurate and timely information for back-end products and R&D.
• Participate in relevant marketing activities and keynote speeches.
